About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Training & Technology Coordinator to join the CollectiveUP team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, technology, and social & environmental impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in Belgium's local school environment, be skilled in participatory methods, and have expertise in using digital tools, game-based solutions, and generative AI to enhance learning.  

Key responsibilities

- Design and deliver online and in-person training sessions for diverse audiences.  

- Develop educational content integrating digital tools, game-based learning, and participatory methods.  

- Work closely with schools, educators, and partners to implement innovative learning solutions.  

- Support CONIFER project coordination ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.  

- Utilize social media for community engagement and outreach.  

- Collaborate in an international environment, working with partners from various backgrounds.  

- Stay up-to-date with trends in educational technology, social impact, and environmental sustainability.  

Required qualifications & skills

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, educational technology, social sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, digital learning, or project coordination within the education sector. 

- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (spoken & written).  

- Experience in the Belgian school system, and familiarity with local education policies.  

- Strong knowledge of participatory learning methodologies.  

- Technical and digital skills, including experience with game-based learning solutions and generative AI.  

- Basic understanding of social media management for outreach and engagement.  

- Project coordination expertise, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.  

- Prior experience working in an international setting with diverse teams.  

- A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and motivation to contribute to social and environmental impact initiatives.  

- Positive and proactive attitude, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
